If you are flying first class, a long flight to be extremely painful. Often times the tension in some major objectives may be short lived as the reality of the flight entered. Although most airlines at its best to make the flight as comfortable as possible, the real problem is that there is a lot of space. Is still in a seat for 10 hours or more are incredibly inconvenient-even if its lazy boy in the living room.
To know that a long flight is coming and to know just what you can expect can really help you to prepare much better. There are some things you can do to really make your flight more tolerable. Here are my 3 best practices for making a long flight more tolerable.
1. Essential toiletries
Even if you're a bruiser of a guy, you should verify that you have with you a toothbrush, lip balm and a moisturizer. The reason for this is that the air inside the plane can have very unpleasant and irritate the skin. Dry lips and an itchy skin is a part of the reason why you feel irritated after a while. Brushing your teeth Too will feel refreshed and ready for the final 2 hours.
2. Music
Do you have an iPod? If not, I suggest you get one that can really make your flight so much more bearable. I want to use in-ear headphones so it invalidates all external noise and helps you to sink into your own world. It can also help you sleep better-which is very important to feel refreshed when you land.
3. Sleeping Pills
I am definitely not someone who likes the pills, but on a long flight, I always some sleeping pills. It can be very difficult to fall asleep with all the noise in a plan and a sleeping pills can help you get over that very simply. Only normal commercial sleeping pills are fine.
